    Pen kit assembly

    pen blanks were assembled using the tubes provided and a 7mm pen mill. all worked well. when the caps and tips were inserted, they were so loose, they had to be glued in. Ordered 50 kits. I have asemble 10 of them and they are all the same. Caps and tips do not fit well.
