WoodRiver® Dust Connection™ Hose Splice Dust Collection Fitting allows you to connect two sections of common 6" dust collection hose together to form a longer run. Fitting is nominal 6" OD with overall length of 4" to provide room to slide on hose and apply hose clamps on both sides of the connection. Molded using ABS material to maintain shape and withstand woodshop environment.

    Not quite...

    The outer diameter of this splice is too large to fit inside of 6-inch green sewer pipe ASTM D3034 (ID 5-7/8"), unless you grind a taper on the splice and tap it into the sewer pipe with a rubber mallet. This splice is also too large fit inside of wire-reinforced 6-inch flexible PVC ducting hose, unless you split the wire in the hose and forcefully tug the hose onto the splice. Nonetheless, there aren't very many other options for a 6-inch splice, so this item will have to suffice.
