WoodRiver® Dust Connection™ Threaded Blast Gate Fitting allows you to close one branch of your central dust collection system while you are using the other. Simple open or shut design has flat, square plate that moves inside a 3-sided frame to provide a pass-through or shut-off to connect your dust collector to your system or a branch line to one of your tools. Molded using ABS material to maintain shape and withstand wood shop environment. Perfect shutoff for long runs from your dust collector. 4" reverse threaded port on one side fits securely inside most 4" dust collection hose. 4" OD tapered port on other side slides inside most 4" dust collection hose.

    Backwards threads

    Purchased 6 of these blast gates hoping to use them with the 4-inch hose. Great idea, but they do not work. The threads are going in the wrong direction! Almost impossible to get the hose on the threads. They need to redesign it.
