Meet the Team

The Woodcraft Magazine team is tremendous in size and in other ways, too. For starters, we've got thousands of readers who contribute tips, articles, ideas and feedback. We work closely with a growing number of authors with expertise in all aspects of woodworking. Skilled photographers and artists help us bring woodworking topics to life. And thanks to our nationwide network of Woodcraft stores, we get woodworking news and views from many sources.

Always ready to make sawdust. Woodcraft’s well-equipped basement shop (where this photo was taken) is right below our editorial offices. The small team you see here handles everything from subscription queries and shop cleanup to editing, article layout, advertising, author payments, and photo shoots. Publisher Gary Lombard is our master of ceremonies, with administrative support coming from Stacey, Kim, and Connie. Vic Lombard handles advertising and marketing. Editors Joe Hurst, Paul Anthony and Tim Snyder bring years of book, magazine and web publishing experience to the table. Managing editor Chad McClung keeps the editorial team on track, while associate art director Bobby Schehl works magic with article layout and graphic design.
