Includes table saw blades, jointer/planer knives, & router bits. Table saw blades have a one week turn around time & everything else takes two weeks.

Classic American Style Pen with Mike Murphy

This is a more advanced class for those wanting to learn how to make a Classic American pen. These attractive pens are more difficult to turn and require different turning tools and techniques. Our resident pen expert Mike Murphy will show you all the tips and tricks.
Tools Required: 3/8" or 1/2" Spindle Gouge, 1/8" Parting Tool and Face Shield Or Safety Glasses
Carving a Bottle Stopper with Jim Hanson
Sunday, December 21, 9:30am - 3:30pm
In this class, you’ll learn to carve a bottle stopper with a western character head on it. Jim will bring in a couple designs for you to choose from. With a minimum of tools, you can create a great conversation piece that will also keep those open bottles corked!
Prerequisites: Some carving experience or the Face Carving class.
Tools Required: Bench Knife, Detail Knife, 2mm Or 3mm Parting Tool, #5 - 12mm Gouge, #6 - 8mm Gouge & Carving Glove
