Long time woodworker/educator Russ Swenson passes away
It is sad to announce that Russ Swenson, a long time customer of the Sacramento Store, and a part time employee for the past 9 months passed away last Saturday. He was a founder of the NorCal Wood Turners Club and was past president of both NorCal and the Sacramento Area Woodworkers Club. He was a past instructor for the Store and often commented that when he retired from teaching in the El Dorado County School System he wanted to work at the store part time. He retired after spending over 35 years teaching. Since he couldn't stop doing what he loved, he joined our team at the Sacramento store in November, 2008. He will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him.
- We now carry a full selection of router bits from Freud. These have been requested frequently and we are now proud to stock them for you.
