During this 3-part class, participants will learn how to use a table saw, jointer, thickness planer and mitersaw while making a laminated cutting board. Hard maple and cherry will be used for the laminations. Limited use of a router may also be involved.

Bring your children or grandchildren to a special Mother’s Day creation event at Woodcraft! They will have a choice of designing and making; a cheese board, some coasters, or a centerpiece . No cutting, hammering or other tools will be required. Woodcraft will provide 1-inch diamonds that when fitted together, will form a pattern. Please see the accompanying photos for some design suggestions. You will use 4 different contrasting wood species for this project. Come and have fun with your kids and help them put together a quality gift for Mom or Grandma.
