Learn the essential steps for milling, squaring and surfacing a board. This is a hands-on class that will teach you the basics of wood technology and stock preparation. We will cover the safe and efficient use of the jointer, planer and table saw. By the end of class, students will have the materials to make a beautiful wood cutting board. This class is a MUST for anyone getting started in woodworking. Note: As this is an interactive class, it can finish from between 3:30pm to as late as 5:30pm depending on the number of students enrolled.
