    This super sharp VG-10 Japanese stainless steel knife is clad with 67-layer Damascus dragon pattern on both sides (33 Layers on each side). This design increases toughness, improves stain resistance, and prolongs knife life. The perfect weight-balanced full length handle is made of Pakkawood, which is durable, nonslip, easy to clean, waterproof, bacteria-resist, comfortable, and beautiful. Mirror polished stainless steel bolster and butt end design have made this knife even better. Every ZHEN Premium Knife comes with its own handcrafted gift box or storage box.

    The Hammered Damascus is not only a beautiful look, but also keeps food from sticking to the blade.

    The most important attribute for a chef’s knife is its ability to be sharpened and stay sharp. The VG-10 stainless steel from Japan is heat treated to a hardness of HRC60-62. Stainless steel is imported from Japan and quality made in Taiwan.

    The oval design of the Pakkawood handle gives you comfortable left- and right-handed use.
    All ZHEN knives have a traditional western double-bevel edge.

    DON’T chop bone or use knife on hard surface like glass cutting board, tile, and granite. Hand-wash your blades with gentle dish soap, rinse clean and towel dry immediately. We recommend you sharpen your blades with a whetstone at an angle of 15°.
