    Woodpeckers Drill Press Table features a generous 16" x 23" x 1" tabletop constructed of a MDF core covered with Formica Micro-Dot laminate that collects sawdust in its unique texture – a grid of small dimples – allowing the surface to better “grip” the workpiece under pressure. A removable insert minimizes tear-out when drilling through material, without the need of a backer board. Each T-track is permanently laser engraved with an easy-to-read, high contrast scale clearly indicating fence position. The 36" fence uses the same double-wide track as the table to give you more stop and accessory mounting options. Complete Drill Press Table includes all T-tracks, two Flip Stops, two Deluxe Hold-Down Clamps and mounting hardware. Made in the USA. Not recommended for installation on drill presses that have tables with T-Slots.

    Features:

      Great Tool but hard to install

      It makes drilling easy after you install it on the drill table. I Like the stop for drilling repeatable holes.Looks great on my Powermatic floor drill press.

      Easy Install, Functions Well

      Easily installed on old, small bench top drill press, directly to small round cast table through slots. Used a few time to drill holes for jigs and definitely helps to hold down and for repeatability. Stops work well. Works well with add-on laser guide lines.

      Beware before purchase

      I should have known to be cautious when the only review said install was difficult, and then couldn't find a link to the instructions to check it out before purchase. If your drill press table uses t-slots to mount things to it, be advised this table will require you to purchase a 15" X 23" X 3/4" piece of plywood and additional hardware to make an "adapter board" to install it. Then factor in the time to make it. Personally I don't like paying good money for something and then finding it will take additional cost to simply make it work. Unfortunate because otherwise it looks like a decent product. It goes back tomorrow.

      Ups the usability of my drill press

      This table proved a bit more difficult to attach to the existing table than I had thought, but a few extra oval nuts did the trick (bought them on a popular online retailer, I think). Once in place, it really makes the drill press much more usable because of the fence, ability to clamp, and the stop. Well made from good materials and very usable.
