The best new carving tools available
I do relief carving on decorative panels and on my own furniture designs. I have tried most of the carving tools on the market and find that some are excellent, but the next one I get from that company may be poorly made and nearly worthless. Pfeil tools have good balance, alignment with the handle is always good, and the steel is consistent in its ability to hold an edge.
