Great Customer Service
I ordered this tool online and was excited to open it when arrived until I found a 1 mm notch on the cutting surface. I immediately wrote an email asking about how to return it for an exchange. I corresponded with a fantastic Customer Service rep - 4 emails back and forth after 8 pm at night. They shipped me a replacement that same evening before I sent the damaged item back (no charge). Incredible! WTG Woodcraft!! I'm an intermediate carver with a couple of dozen tools. After trying a few brands I'm devoted to Pfeil. (Normally) sharp and ready to go out of the package. They hold their edge for thousands of cuts even in hard woods. Love'em!
