Smart Addition to Multifunction Table (MFT) Right Under Your Nose. Woodpeckers latest OneTIME Tool adds 8 square feet of storage space within easy reach when working at a Festool MFT. Let’s face it, every shop can use more storage. And most would benefit from better organization, reduced clutter and more convenience. The MFT Shelf Support delivers all this and more.
Easy Set Up and Rugged Construction. The heavy-duty support starts with Woodpeckers Super Track that’s 11/16” thick and 3⅞” wide. The support is comprised of two 48” lengths and three 25” cross members. The individual members are connected using specially designed, easy to assemble hardware making it simple and fast to disassemble for mobility. When locked together, the support is super-rigid and can support hundreds of pounds. Assembled, it weighs an impressive 19½ lbs. And that’s before a shelf board (not included) is added. Special notches are machined into the bottom edge of the track and nest into the MFT’s lower leg support bars locking the support in place and adding stability to the MFT.
Focus on Features. With the MFT Shelf Support and a board in place, it’s easy to avoid the clutter of tools and materials that often accumulate on the tabletop. You can keep the machines you are using, like your Track Saw, Domino or Festool router right at your fingertips. In fact, you could store these tools in their Systainer cases right on the shelf! When setting up the shelf, you can choose from among three options to position the shelf top in the support. In the top slot, the cross members put the shelf surface just proud of the frame’s top edge. In the lowest slot, a 2¼” lip projects on the long sections.
The MFT Shelf Support Components. When you order Woodpeckers new MFT Shelf Support, you get two 48” and three 25” long Super Track sections; six locking bars; 12 special washers and socket head cap screws plus a special ball-end hex key that makes installing the fasteners a breeze. (The MFT Shelf Support does not include the wooden shelf.)
When They’re Gone, They’re Gone! Like all our OneTIME Tools, the MFT Shelf Support is only made to order in our Strongsville, Ohio machine shop. The Deadline to order yours is April 9, 2018. Once the deadline passes and orders are filled, this tool will be retired from our product line. Delivery is scheduled for July, 2018.
