    If you have a return issue, contact Woodcraft Supply customer service @ 1-800-535-4482 for return details. Returns are limited to 30 days from the date of shipment and are subject to a re-stocking charge of a minimum of 10% of the list price of the item returned.


    When returning product, please include the invoice number or customer number and refer to the back of the invoice for shipping instructions.


    If purchased at a Woodcraft Store, please return the item directly to the store where your purchase was made.

    Warranty Information

    Seller warrants that all goods will be free of defects in materials and workmanship and will conform to specifications furnished to Buyer. This warranty shall apply for thirty (30) days after delivery for all products except for Laser products which are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from time of delivery. Written notice of claimed defect must be given to the Seller prior to the above warranty time frame. No warranty claim may be made for goods further processed by Buyer resulting in a change of the goods’ characteristics or dimensions.
