This Harding Fixed Blade Knife Kit from Helle comes with a triple laminated stainless steel blade, pre-punched genuine leather sheath, snaps, rivets, and thread. That’s right, not only will you be crafting the handle for the blade but you will also be crafting the sheath. The sheath has been pre-punched with the appropriate stitching patterns to make it simpler to complete. Knife measures 8-1/4" overall, with a 3-15/16" blade length. Handle material and sewing needles sold separately.

What sets Helle knives apart from other knives on the market is the triple laminated stainless steel blade. The core is made of high alloy steel, which gives it a lasting, razor-sharp edge. To exploit the superb qualities of the high alloy steel, Helle added two layers of tough stainless steel (18/8) to protect the blade against breakage and corrosion, while the high carbon core still provides a superb cutting edge. Triple laminated stainless steel is unique to Helle knife blades and is more expensive than steel used in most other knife brands.
