Originally used for military or campaign furniture, these handles fit flush into the wood leaving just a neat chamferred edge standing proud. These handles were designed to maximize the storage space in the hold of ships transporting furniture and storage chests overseas to support the British Army around the world. Today they look fabulous on deep mahogany furniture for the office or the living room. Bright finish. Matching wood screws are included. Large handle 4-1/4" x 1-3/4".

Great Product, Well Made
Installed as flush handles on six board chests. Very attractive. I question the strength of the screws after the handle is let into the wood surface. I suspect that blind studs with washers and nuts on the inside would be more durable. I applied a bedding of epoxy putty under the handle before screwed in place.
