Hafele accepts returns for new, unused, resalable items within 30 days of receipt. Return Materials Authorization (RMA) required prior to return. Customer is responsible for return freight and restocking fee of $20 or 20% of order, whichever is larger. Product will be inspected before credit is issued.
Hafele warraties it's products for one year from date of shipment when properly installed, used and maintained as free from defects in workmanship and mateirals and will conform to catalog and supplied specifications. Hafele does not warrant any items that they do not manufacture. Defective materials are subject to inspection.
