hard to use
could never get the hinge to let the drop leave hang 90 degrees to the top. It did fold out properly, but Don't know that I would trust it holding much weight. Used chest lid holder instead.

Jayaruh loves it
I found this online and then was able to get it at the local Woodcraft store. Very simple to use and straight forward installation. Made a typing table for my wife. It has two drop leaves. Sturdy and easy up and down.

No dimensions for installation, had to fill hole's on a nice cabinet with trial an error. Worked good after proper installation.
