Our selection of sequence-matched veneer packs by Sauers and Company® allows you to create inspiring works of art with your woodworking project. Each 2/83" thick sheet measures 12" in length and 4-1/2" to 6-1/2" in width. The convenient 3 square foot packs are the perfect size for marquetry, inlay repair, accents on furniture and any other small jobs around the shop. Cherry is a warm pinkish to red toned wood that ages to a nice reddish brown color. It is a hardwood that is easy to work with and strong, with a satiny texture and tight uniform grain. Another common grain characteristic is slight figure or flashing. This veneer will accept stains and finishes well but is usually finished with a clear coat that preserves the warmth and beauty of the wood’s natural color.

Features:

  • Unbacked, high-quality, real wood veneer
  • Sequence-matched
  • Grain runs lengthwise
  • Great for marquetry, inlay repair, accents on furniture and any other small jobs around the shop

Notes:
  • Due to the nature of wood movement, shrinkage and expansion are possible. Please measure each piece carefully before starting any project. Wood is a product of nature, and as such, no two pieces are alike to start with, while the same wood growing in different locales can vary greatly even though it is the exact same species.
