80% sapwood
I ordered 2x 3/4" dowels. Both are around 80% sapwood. There is no section of either dowel that is 100% heartwood. If sapwood is ok, these should work fine. I could not use these the way I wanted.

This is very poor quality wood. I ordered 2x 3/4" dowels. Both are around 80% sapwood. There is no section of either dowel that is 100% heartwood. They are useless to me. I'm going to have to buy replacements from another company
