    The WoodRiver® Attraction Magnetic Pen Kit is an elegant single-tube design that features a decorative knurl pattern throughout the entire kit and a magnetic cap, which easily posts on both the nib and finial to create a well-balanced pen. Pen kit requires a pen blank, 3/8" pen maker’s bit, bushings, and pen mandrel, all sold separately.

      extremely weak magnet

      Cap falls off at the slightest of movements. This is a real shame, as the pen is lovely, and rare earth magnets of this small size are very inexpensive. It seems that the manufacturer chose to save a few cents per pen kit with a weak magnet.

      Attraction rollerball pen kit

      I turned this pen using a black acrylic blank. It made a beautiful well balanced pen. It is one of my favorites

      Looks aren’t everything

      The look of the pen is great. The darker chrome goes well with a dark wood. However, the magnet is very weak. It hardly hold the top on. Then the ink cartridge was dry. From assembly it never wrote. I would not recommend.
