Nice wood, but...
Unlike the image, it came raw and waxed. I wish Woodcraft would give us a choice of wax coating or not, or at least match the picture, because even though green wood is easier to turn, it tends to crack as it dries, With waxed wood like this, you better finish the turning the same day as you start it, and immediately seal it. Leave it half-finished on the lathe for a few days, and it is almost guaranteed to crack.

Made my first pepper mill from this material and it was a delight turning and finishing. A great hardwood.
