QualArc accepts returns for non-customized items within 60 calendar days of purchase with a Return Good Authorization (RGA). Customer is responsible for return freight and a 25% restocking charge. Returned items must be in original, new, resellable condition upon receipt back to QualArc.

Customized products are not returnable. All sales of customized products are final.

QualArc may repair or replace the item at its discretion. Imperfections are a natural part of castings and powder coating and are not covered as a warranty item. Rust or corrosion are not covered under warranty.
