Because of its unique shape, this slab would make an awesome side table, coffee table or even wall art. Madre Cacao or Madre de Cacao (Gliricidia sepium) is a dense, extremely hard exotic wood from Guatemala. Heartwood can be shades of red mixed with light and dark brown; sapwood is cream in color. Slab measures 37" x 9" x 1-1/4" and has been surfaced on both sides.

    • From Guatemala
    • Slab measures 37" x 9" x 1-1/4" and has been surfaced on both sides
    • Due to the nature of wood movement, shrinkage and expansion are possible. Please measure each piece carefully before starting any project
    • Wood is a product of nature, and as such, no two pieces are alike to start with, while the same wood growing in different locales can vary greatly even though it is the exact same species
