27/64" Drilling Guide & Stop Collar for WoodRiver Pen Drilling Vise

The unique design of the WoodRiver® Pen Drilling Vise allows anyone to drill straight, accurate holes for everything from pen blanks to bottle stoppers. The “V” slots in the jaws secure round or square blanks in line with the drilling guide, keeping them parallel and square for consistently accurate and repeatable drilling. This jaw design eliminates off-center holes in your pen blanks, increases your production, and makes a critical pen making process easy. Fully adjustable to accommodate pen blanks and bottle stopper blanks up to 1-1/2" square. It is easy to use – simply mark centers on blank, place in “V” slots in base, adjust drilling guide side tabs to align with center marks, use clamp block to clamp securely, and drill. Base may be fastened to benchtop/tabletop or remain loose. The WoodRiver Pen Drilling Vise includes base, clamp block, 7mm drilling guide and stop collar, and fasteners. Use any standard pen maker’s or brad-point bit for the best fit with the guide collars. Other sized drilling guides and stop collars sold separately.
