WoodRiver® 2-1/2" x 10' Hose with End Fittings Kit includes a 10 foot long hose and an end fitting for each end of the hose allowing you to adapt this kit to your vacuum, jig or tool port. Just the thing needed when you are looking to increase the versatility of your dust collection system or replace missing or worn out accessories on your existing shop vac or dust collector. These fittings allow you to set up a dust collection system for bench top tools using your shop vac, or use the 4" to 2-1/2" reducer and outfit your 4" system with a 2-1/2" hose and accessories. Union fitting is required to connect hoses together or to other fittings.

    Not for ShopVac

    I purchased these hoses in hopes of replacing older Shop Vac hoses. Unfortunately, the threads on the fittings that come with this kit are far too large to accept the standard Shop Vac thread used on their 2 1/2" hoses. On the other side, these hoses are too large to accept the original Shop Vac thread. Quite a disappointment all the way around. In addition, these hoses appear to be much flimsier than the original Shop Vac hoses. This may be a great set, but be prepared to purchase additional fittings from Woodcraft.

    Didn't last a month

    The hose seemed flimsy and sure enough less than a month after the purchase, the end fitting fell off and the spring came out of the end of the hose.

    Easier to use

    A great product. The fitting screws onto the hose so you don't need clamps to hold the joint in place.
