Excellent Addition to the Shop
Have you ever had a glueup in process, and you’re trying to close the joint? You want to add a couple more clamps, but there’s no more space. I didn’t have a great answer for this problem until I discovered these Bessey GearKlamps. They engage solidly and claim to have 450 lbs. of holding power. From what I’ve experienced in the shop, I certainly believe it. They will fit literally anywhere – and it’s because of the clever handle that’s in line with the clamping bar. The handle itself is partially rubberized so it’s easy to grip for clamping as well as releasing the clamps. Much more versatile than originally expected, I’ll be adding more GearKlamps to the collection for sure. Think of them like a slender F-style clamp that can go anywhere and pack a wallop of a punch.
