    Worst slides I've used.

First off, WoodCraft did everything right and sent me replacements, but now the replacements are acting up. The little tabs on the plastic mechanism broke on first installation following the instructions to a T. Then I realized with the replacements you have to manually pull out and set the greasy plastic mechanism during installation. Beyond this, 2 of the 3 I have purchased are now failing on me a year later--and this is with the tabs and mechanisms intact. One keeps hitting a snag when trying to close, but ultimately closes. The other's plastic spring-loaded mechanism slips out of it's track and literally prevents the drawer from closing. I have to remove the drawer and manually reset the greasy slide mechanism at the back and reseat the drawer. It keeps happening with even the most gentle use of the drawer. I commend WoodCraft service but these are by far the worst slides I have ever used. I am just so glad this was a personal project and no client was involved.
