Centerfinder As Saddle Square

I enjoyed Andy Rae’s
article on the combination square in the February/March issue. One little trick
I’d add is that you can use the accessory centerfinder as a saddle square.
Because its faces are at a 90° angle, you need only position one leg of the
centerfinder against a cutline drawn on one face of your stock, and then carry
the line onto the adjacent face. Simple. Sweet. Accurate.
