Comments about Porter Cable, 23 Ga, 1-3/8" Pin Nailer :

The nailer is small and maneuverable for an air tool. Everything worked out of the box. I have had no jams. The nails are virtually invisible when installed correctly. The nailer wood not drive a 1 3/8 nail (headless nail) through a 3/4" piece of red oak into oak plywood without leaving the head proud. I had the pressure set to 100 PSI which is the max for this tool. I switch to 1" nails and the heads were below the surface of the wood just barely. Therefore, I would call this a 1" nailed NOT a 1 3/8" nailer. I am putting no to "recommend this to a friend" just because someone like me, might buy this tool thinking it was good for 1 3/8 nails. If you do not need 1 3/8 nails then I would recommend this tools.

Comments about Porter Cable, 23 Ga, 1-3/8" Pin Nailer :

I have had the PN100 for several years and it is great! I would have given this new model five stars, but it is so much bigger than the PN100. Very hard to get into tight places.
