Product Information:

Norton is revolutionizing the sanding disc with the ProSand MULTI-AIR Hook & Sand Disc. This 5" sanding disc features a multi-hole pattern that allows it to function with any 5" random-orbital sander, regardless of its hole pattern. No need to align disc and backup pad holes, so changing discs just got quicker.

The laser cut, spiral design pulls in a maximum amount of dust for a cleaner work environment.

The multi-hole pattern allows for greater surface area contact, resulting in increased productivity. The ceramic abrasive provides a better cut and improved surface finish for the application of paint or stain.

Medium 120 grit is ideal for light stock removal and surface leveling.

    Comments about Norton ProSand MULTI-AIR 5" Multi-Hole Pattern Hook & Sand Disc, 120 grit, 50 pack :

I make wooden crosses that are 3/4 inch wide and there are three interlocked together. The sandpaper is so floppy that it easily digs in at edges and corners. This causes the disk to tear and bunch up. This increases the dig in problem. As far as lasting 3 times longer, I can't say because the digging in would destroy the disk in just a few minutes. I ended up switching back to Gator brand because the disks are stiffer.
