The Lock-Jaw Track System was designed and engineered for CNC clamping operations as a means to provide high strength, low profile workpiece security. If you are frustrated with positioning the traditional workpiece clamping options around your toolpath, the low profile design of the Lock-Jaw Track System is just what you are looking for. The Lock-Jaw Clamp secures the workpiece a mere 1/8" above the track. The Lock-Jaw Clamp, true to its name, locks the workpiece into position by means of its 22.5° lock screw, making the Lock-Jaw travel in a simultaneous forward and downward motion. Lightly serrated in order not to leave a clamp mark yet hold like no other, this Clamp’s security and versatility are hard to match.
Three main parts comprise the Lock-Jaw Track System: a Track, Stop, and Lock-Jaw Clamp. The Track has a toothed top surface in order to mate with the Stop’s bottom teeth, giving the ability to move the Stop in small, consistent increments along the Track and then lock it down. The Stop, which has “feet” that dip into the Track’s middle slot for strength, also has a lightly serrated clamping surface for unmatched grip. While the system is made for CNC clamping operations, it is also practical for the benchtop mounting. The Tracks are 12" long and can be secured to an MDF top or workbench with 10-32 screws or #8 wood screws (mounting screws not included).
The Lock-Jaw Track System can be customized to handle larger parts or multiple parts by purchasing additional Tracks and Lock-Jaw Clamps. All components are made in the USA and are hardened steel with a black oxide coating. System includes: Two 12" Tracks, Two Stops, Two Lock-Jaw Clamps and Four Machine Screws.
