.45 Caliber Bullet Click Pen Kit Antique Brass
Take this one back to the drawing board and get it right. If it was a quality pen I could sell dozens right now I will not give the away.I built 2 just to be sure I did it right both are the same.I would like to see this in a Gun Metal finish.

What a piece of junk
I bought two of these from the store. They are nothing but junk. These are the worst pens I have ever put together. Will never buy again.
looks good but thats about it.
Jason from mass
if your not careful the click mechanism comes apart and is difficult to put back together. will not be offering this for sale.
Another gimmick pen with no purpose. This is not a pen anyone can actually write with. Top heavy and awkward. Just another expensive desk ornament.
I will not buy this product again.
The only thing I found good about this kit is it looks great if you spend the time during assembly.
The parts are a very sloppy fit and need to be very carefully glued with CA or epoxy.
I made and sold three, (3), of these kits and two, (2), of the pens broke within their mechanisms.
Not Good! Embarrassing when the customer returns it just a couple day after they purchased it.
Same amount of work (maybe more) Meh...
Thought it would be a good add to the collection. Sure, if it is just gunna sit there to look at. Click mech is cheap and wobbly, very odd way to assemble it, have to turn blank almost to the tube for it to work correctly, and, it showcases the metalwork far more than your own hard work. Took longer to make than a common pen with very little to show. Cool idea but needs a do-over.
Needs fine tuning
The pen is very nice looking and I am thrilled there is a pistol pen now available, but there were a few things that bothered me while putting it together. As the other review stated, the instructions said the small band that attaches to the sleeve was supposed to snap on. There is no way the band would stay without gluing it on and there is only a very small area to apply glue . I also felt like the bullet portion was very difficult to press into the casing. I only did one of these pens, so it could have been my kit, but I was afraid that the brass was going to bend with all the pressure I had to use. lastly, because the cap and sleeve are so heavy on the end, it makes the pen very top heavy and not as balanced as I would like it to feel. I used rosewood in the shaft so maybe something heavier like acrylic would have helped.

.45 caliber click pen
directions say to press the upper tube ring onto the tube and press the upper Click Mechanism (G) into tube. they are very loose and you must glue into place to get them to stay. doable but........
