Comments about Drill Chuck, Mini :

This mini chuck is very handy when my standard 1/2" chuck will not close down small enough. I use it on my bench lathe when I make small parts for models that I build. some of these parts require very tiny holes. I also use it in my drill press for similar reasons.

Comments about Drill Chuck, Mini :

This mini chuck is a product of Mascot Precision Tools. I use this mini chuck with wire gauge drill bits in a drill press for making scroll saw Christmas ornaments. Chuck is okay; however, the collets provided with the chuck have uneven jaws that do not center the drill bits, causing the bits to wobble and break. Using collets from a Dremel Multi-Pro tool solves the problem. In my opinion, this is an expensive tool, especially when one considers that it does not perform the precision work it is supposed to.
