1. ELIGIBILITY
Promotion is offered only in the United States and its territories to legal United States residents at least 18 years old. Entrants must be at least 18 years old. Employees, directors and franchisees of Woodcraft Supply Corp. ("WOODCRAFT") or SBR, Inc. and all of its subsidiary companies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees, directors and franchisees are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the award decision of WOODCRAFT, which is final and binding in all respects.

2. Sign Up To Win Promotion Period Entry forms will be accepted until further notice.

3. ENTRY There are three ways to enter: the Internet Method, Retail Store Method and the Mail-in Method. Entry forms must be filled out completely. Limit one entry per household. Open to US residents 18 years and older. Subject to all US federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

(a) Internet Method: To enter by Internet, go to www.woodcraft.com, click on eNewsletter and complete the registration form by following the instructions at the web site.

(b) Retail Store Method: Sign up for the eNewsletter at your local Woodcraft store.

(c) Mail-in Method: To enter by mail, on a 3" x 5" card in black or blue ink, hand print your full name, complete home address including zip code, home telephone number with area code, email address (if available), and mail in a first class stamped envelope to:

4. DRAWING A winner will be selected by random drawing each month from all eligible entries.

The name of the potential winner will be published in the first issue of the Woodcraft eNewsletter every month. This will serve as notification to the winner. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 5 days, (with a verifiable mailing or email address) another winner will be chosen.

If a person's name is drawn who entered via regular mail or at a Woodcraft Store and didn't list an email address, he or she will be contacted via telephone, overnight carrier, or regular mail.

The alternate winner will be contacted via email, telephone, overnight carrier, or regular mail. If there is no response from the second winner, we will allow subscribers to email us through the Woodcraft eNewsletter for their chance to win the Tool of the Month. In that case, the drawing will be random from all the subscribers that contacted us.

5. MONTHLY PRIZE The Monthly Prize is a tool valued at $200 or more.

Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and its territories to legal United States residents at least 18 years old. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.

6. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER Winners' names will be posted on www.woodcraft.com and in the Woodcraft eNewsletter.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS Winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 5 days of notification. Failure to return documents in a timely manner, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification with an alternate winner selected. Where permitted by law, winner (and in those instances when interim drawings have taken place, potential winners who have been selected in the interim drawings) agrees to grant to WOODCRAFT the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name, as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for, or provide biographical information for use in, any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/ electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by WOODCRAFT. Failure to grant such rights may result in disqualification with an alternate winner or potential winner selected; and while not obligated to do so, WOODCRAFT may in its sole discretion, bear such reasonable costs and expenses which WOODCRAFT, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate for winners or potential winners to appear for a presentation or other activity. Further, by accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless WOODCRAFT, SBR, Inc., its employees, shareholders, directors and franchisees and all of its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Promotion related activity, or participation in this Promotion. Void where restricted or prohibited.

WOODCRAFT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or web site; to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

WOODCRAFT also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel this promotion.

WOODCRAFT will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WOODCRAFT is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, or tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the web site. WOODCRAFT is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of WOODCRAFT, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, WOODCRAFT reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of this Promotion for any drawing(s) and select the winner from store and regular mail-in entries and Internet entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. 9. DISPUTES As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the City of Parkersburg having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the State of West Virginia without regard for doctrines of Conflict of Law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
