Why do I need cookies enabled?
Woodcraft.com requires a type of cookie commonly referred to as a "session
cookie" to uniquely identify a user's visit to the website. Without the use of
this cookie, Woodcraft.com is not able to track what items have been added
to your cart thereby disabling the checkout process. This session cookie
contains no personal information and is designed to only enhance your shopping

How do I check the status of my order online?
Click on "Your Account" at the top of any page and log in to see your order
history. We'll tell you when your order was shipped, provide a tracking number
(if available) and link you to the carrier's site to track your order. If you
have an online account, and you place an order by phone, mail or fax, you will
still be able to see the order status online. (To see your order history, you
must provide a password when you create an account or place your first order.)
How can I pay if I don't have a credit card?
You can order by mail with a personal check, cashier's
check or money order. C.O.D. is available for mail
or phone orders only; please add $9.00 to your

Why are you charging me sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax in certain states where our retail
stores are located. For orders shipped to any of the following states, the tax
amount listed will be applied to your order.

Can I use my Woodcraft coupon online?
To apply a Woodcraft coupon to your online order,
locate the Code printed on your coupon and enter it in the appropriate
box on the Shopping Cart page.
Provided your coupon is valid, your discount will
by applied to your shopping cart when you click "Apply".
Why do I need a password?
You can place an order without providing a password, but you won't be able to
log in and see your Order History or keep a Wish List. We highly recommend
providing a password when you create an account or place your first order. The
use of a password also saves you from having to key in all of your personal
ordering data (name, address, etc.) the second time you order. Your credit card
information is not retained in this file and it is not accessible by anyone
over the Internet.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders placed by Noon EST Monday through
Friday are shipped the same day. Woodcraft ships most packages using
USPS, Standard or Super Saver Shipping.
Delivery time is usually 2 to 7 business days across
the continental U.S. Orders for products marked "Ships Direct from Manufacturer" will
ship from the manufacturer within 5 business days.
What are your shipping & handling
rates?
Our shipping & handling rates are based on the merchandise value of your
order. This fee covers all regular postage charges for your order regardless of
how many packages it's shipped in. All orders shipped are fully insured by
Woodcraft against loss or damage. If a problem does occur, please contact us
immediately. Our shipping & handling charges, on orders to the contiguous
United States, are as follows:

I'm in a hurry. Can you ship overnight?
Yes. During the checkout process you'll have the
option of choosing FedEx 2Day
or FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping. FedEx 2Day and FedEx
Priority Overnight rates are based on the weight
of your order and the number of packages. FedEx
2Day is your best bet if you don't need your order the very
next day. FedEx 2Day rates begin with a minimum
charge of $15 and then match FedEx published rates.
FedEx Priority Overnight charges begin with a minimum of
$19 and match FedEx published rates.
In-stock orders received by Noon EST Monday through
Friday can be air shipped that same day. Woodcraft
does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or the following
holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas
Eve and Christmas Day. If you order Friday before
Noon EST, a FedEx Priority Overnight
package will arrive on Monday. If you order Friday
after Noon EST, a FedEx Priority Overnight
package will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. Super Saver and Standard
Shipping may consist of a combination of FedEx, USPS and FedEx commercial delivery,
and may be a combination of both. If the post office does not deliver to your street
address, please include the PO box IN ADDITION to your regular street address.
Super Saver and Standard Shipping delivers Tuesday through Saturday.
FedEx Commercial delivers
Monday through Friday. FedEx 2Day and FedEx
Priority Overnight only deliver Monday through
Friday.
Products marked "Ships Direct from Manufacturer" are not eligible for
rush shipping. Flammable or hazardous items cannot be shipped by air.
If your order
contains a flammable item the entire order will
be sent by ground.
Does it cost extra to ship large or heavy items?
Items weighing more than 100 lbs., or of an unusual size, must be shipped by
common carrier. These are charged an additional amount over our regular Shipping and Handling charge to help cover this expense.
This charge is for standard commercial delivery and is always identified in the product's copy. If the shipment is to a residence
or if lift gate service is required, additional fees may be charged by the freight company. Truck shipments are tail gate deliveries.
The driver will not take the item off the truck, that is your responsibility. Woodcraft's Customer Service Dept. will gladly contact
the freight company that services your area and prepare an estimate prior to completing your order. Shipments outside the contiguous
US are charged actual shipping expenses.
Do you ship outside the contiguous U.S.?
Orders destined for AK, HI and any of the territories
or possessions of the U.S. are shipped by standard
U.S. Postal mail. Packages may take up to 20 days for delivery.
Regular shipping and handling
charges apply, but expect 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
Contact our customer service department if you
need to arrange rush delivery to these areas. Festool products can only
be sold in the 50 states.

If your order is to any country or territory outside of these areas, complete
your order as an International Shopper. On international orders we will contact
you with shipping options and costs before processing your payment. We will
generally quote 2 or 3 options including, where applicable, ground, air and sea
shipping methods. Should you decide that none of these options are acceptable,
due to expense or timing, you are free to cancel your order without penalty.
Please note: Flammable items can not be shipped by air or sea in international
shipments. We accept U.S. funds only, and for your convenience we recommend you
use a credit card or bank money order (if ordering by mail). Personal checks or
money orders are not accepted unless drawn on a U.S. bank. Direct Ship from
Manufacturer items are not available for international shipment.
Can I specify the carrier that my order is shipped with?
No, not for packages shipped by Ground Shipping within the contiguous US. We
generally ship lighter packages with USPS and heavier ones with FedEx
Ground/Home Delivery. If your shipping address is a P.O. box, we must use USPS.
How do I make a return?
Domestic US Orders - If for any reason you are
not satisfied with a product (except for power
tools and items direct shipped from manufacturer,
which are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty),
please return it with our packing slip (noting
the reason for your return on the back) and ship
to the address listed on the left side of this page. Please
ship your return prepaid by FedEx Ground Shipping,
UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Returns will be refunded
in full, including shipping and return postage (at
ground rates only).
International Orders - If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product,
contact us by e-mail immediately. Please do not return the item to us without

Products identified with Direct Ship from Manufacturer are shipped directly
from the manufacturer and are covered by that manufacturer's warranty, which
supercedes any offered by Woodcraft. All Direct Ship from Manufacturer returns

Is ordering over the Internet safe?
Ordering from our online catalog is a completely encrypted, secure process

Sometimes an item that is on sale in the stores may not be on sale in the

How can I redeem my Gift Card online?
Have your gift card handy during the checkout
process. During the last step "Review & Payment" you will be asked
if you want to redeem your gift card. Type in the card and pin number

How do you ship to Canada?
We offer our customers two options to ship to Canada:
1. If you do not choose to order
through Borderfree which is shown below, your order
will be shipped directly to you from Woodcraft
by Air. You will be responsible for any customs,
duties or taxes charged through customs. There
will be an additional $6.00 for postage added to
our standard shipping charge. Approximate delivery
would be 6 to 10 business days, depending on delays
in customs. If your order is too large or heavy
for USPS Air Mail, customer service
will contact you with the correct shipping charges.
2. Woodcraft can also
fulfill online Canadian orders through our partner,
Borderfree. Simply add items to your order and click
on Canadian Check Out to complete your order. You
will see your total landed price including all duties, taxes, shipping
and handling charges in Canadian dollars before
you place your order. You will pay Borderfree
the
total amount for your order in Canadian dollars
(which means that they will bill your credit card)
and we will ensure that products get right to your
door. Approximate delivery
would be 6 to 13 business days, depending on delays

How much duty do you charge on

Can I use PayPal over the telephone?
At this time, we are only offering PayPal services
with orders placed online.
Is the PayPal service free to me?
You can sign up for a PayPal account for free, and
there's no charge to link your credit card or bank account to your PayPal
account.
Is PayPal safe to use?
Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal,
the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you
don't know.
Does PayPal have any transaction limits?
The maximum amount allowed for a single transaction is $10,000 USD by a PayPal member. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can send a maximum of $4,000 USD for a one-time, single transaction.
How do I get verified thru PayPal?
You must link your bank account or your credit card to your PayPal account, or be approved for the PayPal Plus Credit Card or PayPal Buyer Credit.

What if an item is on back order?
If an item is out of stock, a message will be
on the product page, and a “Status: Back Ordered” note will be on the
item if you add it to your cart. You can still decide to purchase that
item, and when it arrives in stock, it will be shipped immediately. Please
note, however, that your PayPal account will be charged for the entire
order, including back-ordered items that may ship in the future.
You will also receive an email notification with the back order date. If, at any time, you decide you do not want the back ordered item, you can still cancel that item by calling Woodcraft customer service at 800-535-4482 and Woodcraft will refund your PayPal account.
How do I change an order that was just placed
