Product Information:

This kit includes enough exotic and domestic hardwood to complete a custom cutting board approximately 11-3/4" x 12" x 1-1/2". Each piece of stock hand selected and surfaced 4 sides. This kit is practically ready for glue up. This fantastic assortment will ensure no two cutting boards are the same.


  • Exotic and domestic hardwoods

  • Kiln-dried and surfaced 4 sides

  • Finished cutting board dimensions: 11-3/4" x 12" x 1-1/2"




    • Due to the nature of wood movement, shrinkage and expansion are possible. Please measure each piece carefully before starting any project.

    Wood is a product of nature, and as such, no two pieces are alike to start with, while the same wood growing in different locales can vary greatly even though it is the exact same species.

    Thin Stock. The thin stock is cut to size from quality, kiln-dried stock. Dimensions are +/- 1/8" of size listed.

    Carving and Turning Blocks. Blocks are sawn to +/- ¼" of size listed.

    Plywood. Sizes are nominal. Dimensions are +/- 1/8" of size listed.

    i was sadly unimpressed! i had planed 2 make 2 cutting boards for christmas out of this stock. i had to jointer and planner on all the pieces and was only able to use 8 out of i think 16 boards. i have had to purchase more wood not from woodcraft to build more.

    The product will work for a cutting board yes...But a couple of the pieces were cracked badly and wont be albe to be used. Im thinking I could of done better for a wood choice myself. The bits were excellent and will be used once I replace the defective wood....
