Includes very detailed, professionally rendered measured drawings and a list of materials needed for the entire project. Clear instructions guide you through the entire project.
The building should have a poured concrete floor as foundation. It is recommended that a professional pour the concrete. The large loft area above the main garage space could be used as workshop or simple storage.
Standard construction techniques and measurements are used throughout the rest of the building. Anyone familar with carpentry or general construction will find these plans easy to use and understand.
Building is 32' x 24'.
