I've been building furniture frames for over 25 years. I always hated when a customer would order a bed frame because of the poor options available for fastening the rails to the headboard and footboard. This is the solution! If you have any woodworking know-how at all this is easy to install, firmly tightens the joints together and most of all my customers love it. I never comment on any of this stuff but this thing is worth the time!

I'm not sure how this got a negative review. There are no instructions but they are not needed. I got and used 2 sets and they did everything as advertised. I thought it was ten bucks for one corner, but when I saw it was for the whole bed, I thought I had stepped back in time to the 1950s or something. They are very solid and lock together nicely, come to think of it, the 100 #8 screws nearly cost as much as the brackets.

Thought this might be a good solution for improving an existing bed. WRONG. First, it is NOT flush mount. You will need to drill a recess for the bolt end and receiver on the headboard. With only one point of attachment (the bolt), there is too much play allowing the bed to rack too much. Also no instructions included. Looked promising, but I think I'll throw the other two sets in the trash and cut my losses.

These are great for concealed connections. The integral bolt makes it easy to solidly lock down the corners. Alignment posed no problems, but installation requires a recess to clear the protruding threads and bolt. That's a minor hassle but I just use an oversized forstener bit to keep things easy.
