After many hours of trying to set the fence aligned, and center the plate I paid $200 for professional consultant that tried to fix those problems and did not succeed. Problems: The fence cannot be aligned, and requires washers of different dimensions in order to bring the two parts of the fence in alignment, any change of the fence width will cause misalignment of the two boards. Jobs like Joining can be done only after trial and error never a precision preset. The support screws for leveling the plate just fly all over, unless you glue them (but than there is no way to readjust the screws) The mounting of the router to the plate will never be full centered because the plate is not drilled and you will have to make your own holes. (2 of the three holes cannot be marked with the router base only with its plate, resulting in misalignment of the router bit to the center of the plate. I wish I would go for a better quality brand; I would pay double at the first time. Now it seems that I already paid double and got a irrelevant router table that I cannot work with.

The router plate would not sit flush as the plate was warped from the manufacture. It was missing a bolt for the stand and the one leg the weld broke when I was putting it together. All was taken care of after a couple of calls to Jessem directly. [...] Over all I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship.Just bought the Jessem Mast R Lift system for my new router table.4 stars due to damage, otherwise 5 stars.
