Product Information:

Pinnacle Lumber Rack contains two racks 40 ½" high with six 12" shelf brackets spaced 6 ½" apart.

This multi-purpose rack provides 6 levels of storage for lumber, pipe, molding, and other long items in your shop, shed or garage. The rack is made from heavy duty tubular steel and is powder coated to resist corrosion. Perhaps best of all – you don’t have to put it together, it’s ready to mount right out of the box. Each of the horizontal supports are welded to the vertical frame with a slightly upward cant and capable of holding up to 110 lbs per pair. Mounting hardware is not included. Each space is 6-1/2" in height. Overall length- 40-1/2". Supports are 12" wide. Constructed of 1" square steel tubing . Weight per pair 15.9lbs

    It seems sturdy enough, I think it will be the perfect size for me. I only wish that it came with the hardware, or at least a list of recommended hardware. I ended up getting 1/4in. SPAX Screws, which didn't quite fit so I had to re-drill the holes. not hard, just a hassle. for[$]why not throw in a bag of mounting hardware for drywall/wall studs and concrete (I would think the two most common surfaces).I guess if it rips off the wall I can't blame Pinnacle, since they had nothing to do with how the thing mounts on the wall.

    This unit is excellent. It took about 10 mintues to install them. I was able to put all my exotic wood on the shelves, ~500 lbs of wood with no issues. I see people complaining about the lack of directions, needing a 3rd or 4th rack, and the lack of mounting hardware, Give me a break!!! Each rack has 3 holes that you put the screws in. No directions needed there. You buy screws, which are not supplied, which are dependent on the type of installation you wish to perform. As for a third or fourth shelf? It states, and shows, it only has 2 racks. If you need a 3 and/or 4th rack, buy a second set!!! Why raise the price of a great product by including extra rails that many woodworker's may never use or need? This is a great product that is strong, made in the USA, and is simple to install. A great purchase for anyone who keeps any amount of lumber on hand in their shop!!

    Great product at a reasonable price, a rare find today. Product installed easily in minutes. Very strong. I am a wood turner and use this system to hold my green turning blanks which are heavy due to the water content of the green wood.
