The entire system is easy to assemble and the instructions are very clear. The stand feels very solid. I like the surface of the table and the concept of the self squaring fence. I would have been happier if the fence was actually square to the table. The fence I received as well as both replacements from the manufacturer were twisted and not square to the table. It turns out the fence is made in China by another company and Kreg has no ability to remedy the manufacturing problems. The aluminum fence is extruded not CNC machined. If you can re-machine the front face and the bottom of the fence, the table would probably be great. I returned mine. Thank you Woodcraft for making the return process possible.

I purchased the table, fence, and stand as a package which included the remote switch and two feather boards. The packaging was great with all of the components well wrapped and protected from scratching. Assembly was easy with clear instructions. This table system is well constructed, solid, square and plumb,…and HEAVY. With the adjustable leg levelers, it was easy to set the table level to the shop floor. The phenolic insert plate was easy to drill for my Bosch 2.25 HP router. The plate leveling system is easy to adjust for a perfect flush fit. Cutting and sticking the measuring tape on the fences was a little strange. I suspect the tape is a standard tape used on other Kreg fences of various lengths. Although it was no big deal, it did seem out of place with the quality assembly of the rest of the product. The frame, tabletop, insert, and fence work well as a system. I suppose I could have built a router table from scratch, but I doubt that I could have matched the fit, finish, and robustness of this system.

Typical Kreg Tool trademarks - beautifully machined parts, quality in design and construction, adaptable, complete, and versatile. My only gripe is that the two included reference tapes/rules should be factory installed. I see no advantage to having the customer install these stick-on rules and the fact they must be cut to length and placed precisely is a definite downside. I combined this router table with A JessEm Mast-R-Lift and a Porter Cable 7518 router (motor only). Woodcraft packaged the table with the optional remote switch and casters and together these make a powerful, stable, mobile, speedy, and accurate routing center.
