These things work and work well on my Delta saw. HOWEVER.... mine came with adjustment screws that were tapped a little too large for the #12 screw. As I was adjusting my saw the threads on one stripped out. I drilled my adjustment screws holes to take a 1/4-28 screw. Now the work great. My saw was not any better than this when it was new. If you have the ability to drill and tap a 1/4-28 hole then you will be OK. If not I would not suggest you buy theses. I never tried but you may be able to tap out to 5mm if you are a metric person. I have my saw set to within .001" using these after modifications were made. An after thought, on Delta saws, adjust the saw with the motor on and belt hooked up. The belt and motor will change your adjustments several thousandths when connected.

Had difficulty at first, but once I took the motor's weight off the drive chain (belt tension is held by the motor's weight; I propped it up with a 2x4) the adjustment was fast and easy. I highly recommend this if you're looking for high precision.

I bought this, but found the installation instructions inadequate for a Delta Contractors Saw. I think I could have figured it out eventually, but ultimately decided it would be better to use my Angle Cube and a steel plate to adjust the blade (the problem I was having was that the blade is hollow ground and uneven, and without the plate I cannot get an accurate read). The major objection I have to this item is that, at the end of the instructions that are written on the back of the package, it says "If you have purchased the PALS as a separate item and would like further assistance with your saw, the Products of In-Line Industries DVD we offer gives a visual presentation of table saw alignment..." Great. So I go to the web site and see "Instructions Coming Soon." And to make matters worse, they want to SELL you the DVD for $9.99. I must say, this is the first time I've bought a product that requires you to BUY the instructions separately. Also, the price seems a little steep for a few nuts, bolts, washers, an allen wrench, and a couple of small aluminum angle blocks.

I installed PALS CTS--5/16 on my grizzly 10" table saw. It was .003to.004 out this kit enabled me to zero it in. the only thing is the kit comes with sae threaded stud the saw is metric, I had the tools to make a metric 8-1.25 stud. It would cost little to list for metric or supply both in the kit. Bob

In making galley cabinets which are in close quarters and will end up with a gloss varnish finish a 1/32" gap is not acceptable. This helps fine tune my saw.
