Product Information:

Unlike polycarbonate or acrylic plates, Woodpecker phenolic router plates remain true under a wide range of operating temperatures and won't sag even in the hottest shops. Pre-drilled mounting holes for many routers with a 4-hole mounting pattern including Porter-Cable 890 and 690 Series routers.

  • 3/8" thick solid phenolic material with 8 threaded setscrews for leveling

  • CNC milled to exact tolerances for perfect fit in router tables with a 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" opening

  • Pre-drilled 3-hole mounting pattern with access holes for routers with built-in lifting mechanisms

  • 3-9/16" bit opening accepts molded insert rings; includes 2-5/8", 1" and 1-3/16" guide bushing openings

  • Includes threaded starting pin, spanner wrench and detailed instructions

    I really liked the superior quality in this router table insert, attention to detail and unexpected features, such as the adjusters on the top and side.The aluminum insert was sagging .013 and made it difficult to get good results.
