Leaving only the tiniest of entry holes, the Grex's industrial strength 23 gauge headless pinner is ideally suited for finishing work and detailed woodworking and is perfect for light wood assembly, molding and decorative trim, dowel and joint pinning, mirror and picture frame assembly. The Grex headless pinner utilizes an innovative and patented magazine that eliminates the need to adjust for different fastener lengths. The powerful motor will drive fasteners with ease, even into the hardest of hardwoods. The compact, lightweight, slim profile is designed for maximum maneuverability and the rear exhaust with built-in silencer makes the Grex headless pinner truly the “Best in Class”. Model P635 Specifications: Dimensions: 7.75"L x 7.5"H x 2"W (20cm x 22cm x 4.5cm). Weight: 2.21 lbs. (1 kgs). Operating Pressure: 60 - 100 psi (4 -7 bars). Fastener Type: 23 Gauge headless pins. Fastener Range: 3/8" - 1-3/8" (10mm - 35mm). Does not take 1-1/4" pins. Fastener Capacity: 1 strip (approx. 100 pins). Air Inlet: 1/4" (6mm) NPT male.

    Wow, I debated about taking the plunge and buying this little pinner. I read some excellent reviews and I decided to take a chance. Wow, glad I did. I installed some trim, threw on some finish and couldn't even see the nails... Glad I spent the extra coin for this excellent pin nailer.

    The Grex does exactly what it is advertized to do. Automatically sets depth for length of pin being used. Perfect for tiny mouldings, doesn't split the wood. Great for holding picture frames in place until clamped. Making jigs is a snap. It cost more than most pinners, but it is more than twice the pinner of most of the competition.

    Great for "finish" nailing! Much smaller nail- head hole than the normal 18 guage nailers and great for smaller, finishing work.

    Well worth the money. This gun is quiet, powerful and well made. Attached Red Oak trim will little effort and the pin hole is so small there is no need to use filler.

    Great tool but a little pricey. I wish I'd have had it when I trimmed out my doors and windows. Seems to be very well made with plenty of power. I find it a great time saver when doing glue ups in the shop. just glue, shoot a couple of pins and move on, no clamping, etc. Other reviews I've read are the reason I went with Grex. I'm glad I did.
