Pinnacle Honing Plates is a machined flat aluminum sharpening plate. It can be used with wet and dry sand paper as well as high performance film-based abrasives. It never needs resurfacing and is impervious to oil and water. Guaranteed flat to within .003". The 14" Pinnacle honing plate permits longer, uninterrupted strokes, resulting in faster sharpening.
