If you are going to make raised panel doors, the large 3-wing bits from Whiteside are the way to go and the Ogee pattern is my personal favorite. Three massive carbide cutters produce a smooth profile that requires little to no sanding. You'll need a 3HP or larger router and you will need to slow it down to the lowest speed setting.
