Crown Mats and Matting warrants new products for a period of one year against defects in material and workmanship when maintained as instructed in Crown Use and Care Product Information sheets included with each product. The obligation under this warranty is limited to the original user and to the replacement, repair, or pro-rated refund of said product. Materials must be returned freight prepaid when requested for inspection to obtain this warranty. Freight charges will be credited when goods are deemed warrantable.
Crown Mats and Matting reserves the right for final determination of warranty coverage. The start date of this warranty is the date goods were shipped from the factory. This date is validated by customer purchase order number or Crown invoice number.
Mat Care: To help you get the best possible use of your mat and to maintain its appearance and usefulness over the longest possible time:
A. VACUUM DAILY
B. SPOT REMOVAL OF STAINS: Hand wash the stain using a water-based household carpet detergent or shampoo.
C. DEEP CLEAN PERIODICALLY: Depending on traffic and soil conditions, the mat should be cleaned using an extraction cleaner system (such as a Rinse-N-Vac® or Rug Doctor®). Use a water based carpet detergent. Follow the manufacturer's directions for using the extraction cleaner and the detergent.
D. DRYING: This mat will dry quickly if all excess water is removed. Squeegee, use a "wet/dry" vacuum or hang the mat to remove excess water.
E. IMAGE/LOGO CLEANING: If your product contains a flocked design or vinyl insert, the mat can be cleaned with most water-based liquid or foam cleaners using a hand held scrub brush to remove surface soil. DO NOT use solvent-based cleaners, rotary scrubbers, or other mechanical devices to clean IMAGE MATS. Use of solvent based cleaners or rotary scrubbers will void the mat warranty.
F. STORAGE AND HANDLING: Roll dry carpet in compact roll with pile facing out. Lay flat. DO NOT STAND ON END. Do not crush. Store in cool dry area.
G. MATS WITH MAT-LOCKTM OR RUG-HUGGERTM BACKING: Mats with Mat-LockTM or Rug-HuggerTM backing should NOT be dragged. Dragging these mats across the floor may damage the backing. To move these mats, it is best to roll them up and then pick up the entire roll.
