Product Information:

Drill a pilot hole and countersink for your 9/16" FastCap PowerHead screws in one operation without marring the surface of your work piece! The Flushmount Drill Bit System incorporates a unique adjustable ball bearing stop collar that controls the recess depth created by the drill. You can set the countersink depth to match the exact thickness of whatever material you're using to cover the screw head so your caps are perfectly flush with the material surface. This bearing system allows the stop collar to stop spinning when it comes in contact with the surface you're drilling, preventing the surface from being damaged.

  • Drill a pilot hole and countersink your screws without marring the surface of your work piece.
  • Set the countersink depth to match the exact thickness of whatever material you're using.
  • Bearing system allows the stop collar to stop spinning when it comes in contact with the surface.
