    The actual super FMT mortiser was too hard to learn to use and set up (plus poor instructional manual). Not worth the [$] it cost. I have sent it back. I have tried just about all the mortiser jigs on the market; none were satisfactory. I will buy the domino next.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    (1)The vacuum box has a small hole for attachment to the vacuum hose so only the chips made very near the box are collected. When the router bit is cutting on the opposite side of the tenon, no chipsare collected (2) The box gets in the way when positioning the hold-down clamps because it blocks several of the available holes. (3) at [$], it is way too expensive!

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
