Comments about Two Blade Folding Carving Knife :

I used a gift certificate for this knife and am very happy with it. It came out of the box very sharp but needing a honing as I expected. The blades are well shaped. I have arthritis in my hands and I got the larger model. I has functioned perfectly.

Comments about Two Blade Folding Carving Knife :

I been making "Whittlin Jim" Boy Scout neckerchief slides for a while ([@]) and have tried lots of knifes. Throughout this process, I have been wanting a good whittling knife I could carry around in my pocket but have always been disappointed. Some knifes just didn't have the blades I was looking for and others just wont hold an edge. (While other knifes were so flimsy that they would not hold up to one carving.) Well, on a whim I ordered this knife and have been pleasantly surprised with the sturdy nature of the knife and the fact it met my requirements. The only thing that I would change about it is the handle which I find to be too short for may hands. (But I see Woodcraft is now carrying a longer handle version of the knife.) I would recommend this knife for anyone but, especially for carvers with smaller hands.

If you expect to carve with this item out of the box you will sad with your purchase. After I put a more appropriate edge on it, I love it. Its handy and great for smaller carvings.

Comments about Two Blade Folding Carving Knife :

I purchased this knife as a gift for a friends son who is an avid woodcarver. It is very sharp right out of the box and appears to be very well made. It is very compact and doesn't feel bulky in your pocket. I may purchase another one for myself.

Perfect pocket size. Blade took a little time to hone perfect- like all new knives, but now holds a sharp blade for a decent length of time. Highly recommend it to others.

Comments about Two Blade Folding Carving Knife :

I would not recommend this product. I need a pair of pliers to move the blades. Blades are too cumbersome to be of any use.
